尹海畅，女，2018年毕业于中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所，研究生学历，博士学位，博士后。齐齐哈尔大学生命科学与农林学院教授，农业硕士畜牧领域负责人。黑龙江省畜牧兽医学会第九届理事会理事，第二届黑龙江省实验动物标准委员会委员。
